For all new clients, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be credited to the cost of your first visit. If you do not attend your first scheduled visit or cancel within 24 hours of the specified appointment time, this deposit will be kept. If any visits are missed without prior communication, pre-payment will be required for the next booking. *

Payment is due in full at the time that all services are performed. If being admitted into the hospital, we cannot begin the care of your Pet until you have confirmed your desire to do so by 1) signing the client consent & estimate forms, and 2) leaving an initial deposit of up to 50% of the upper end of the estimate. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard payments. We neither extend credit, nor bill for services. All open invoices are sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements are made. *
