Inclusion & Code of Conduct

Lock One Animal Hospital welcomes everyone regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. We will do everything we can to nurture an inclusive and mentally healthy environment for both clients and our hospital staff above all else.

We also understand that many moments in our clinic can be very emotionally charged. However, there is never an excuse for any form of physical or verbal abuse, cursing, bullying, or threatening behaviour towards our veterinarians or other hospital staff. As established by the College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO), such behaviour is grounds for termination of the Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship. Accordingly, if there are any instances of any of the above behaviours, we will no longer be able to provide veterinary services for you or your pets.
